Comprehensive electrical system documentation for the Renault Magnum heavy-duty truck series, providing detailed wiring diagrams and technical specifications for all electrical components and systems. 

Including the location and connection of the main components of the electrical system: battery, starter, generator, fuse box, lighting system, fans, transmission control unit, EBS and other elements. 1. Wiring harnesses

Broken and chafed wires at bends:

cab-to-frame transition (especially at the hatch/corrugation);

under the instrument panel;

near the headlights and taillights.

Oxidation of contacts due to moisture (especially at the connectors under the cab and in the headlights).

2. Instrument panel

Disappearance of speedometer, tachometer or fuel level readings.

Flickering or complete shutdown of the panel - often due to poor contact in the connector at the rear.

3. Engine sensors

Fuel pressure sensor - leads to unstable engine operation, loss of traction.

Coolant temperature sensor - causes false fan operation or incorrect temperature readings.

Crankshaft position sensor (CPS) - a common cause of sudden engine stalling, especially on Dxi13.

The boost sensor (MAP) — gets dirty, gives incorrect readings, the engine goes into emergency mode.

4. SCR / EGR system (for Euro 4-5, Dxi13)

• NOx sensors — quickly fail, especially when running on low-quality fuel.
• AdBlue level sensor — float sticking, incorrect readings.
• Exhaust gas temperature sensor — failures in the cleaning system, error on the panel.

5. Lighting and external circuits

Burnout of contacts in headlight and taillight sockets.

"Lamp not lit" errors with a working bulb — the problem is in the wiring or light control unit.

6. Control units

• UPC  — oxidation of tracks and contacts inside, glitches in the headlights, windshield wipers and signals.
• BSI — failures in the control of window lifters, central locking and backlighting.
