1. EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) problems
Symptoms: loss of power, smoke, exhaust system error.
Cause: carbon build-up in the EGR valve or clogged cooler.
Solution: regular cleaning or replacement of the valve and cooler.
2. Clogged Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF)
Symptoms: loss of power, frequent regenerations, DPF indicator on the dashboard.
Cause: ineffective regeneration, short trips or injection system faults.
Solution: forced regeneration, filter cleaning or replacement.
3. SCR (AdBlue) system faults
Symptoms: power reduction warning, emissions control system errors.
Cause: problems with the AdBlue pump, injection nozzle or NOx sensors.
Solution: diagnostics and replacement of faulty components, use of high-quality AdBlue.
4. Oil or coolant leak
Symptoms: low oil/coolant level, traces of leaks.

5. Turbocharger wear
